Harbor provides minor household installations, hardware adjustments, and coordination of properly qualified electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and specialty-trade professionals. For regulated work, Harbor engages the right licensed professional, manages access, follows up, and keeps you informed.
Separate third-party costs
Stewardship covers Harbor's attention, coordination, and documentation. Costs paid to others remain separate and are passed through as invoiced:
