Minor household installations, hardware adjustments, and coordination of qualified licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and specialty-trade professionals. Regulated work is billed as the licensed vendor invoice plus a $125 Harbor coordination fee; for Harbor Estate, routine coordination is vendor invoice only.
